摘要
针对煤矿采煤机变频器在安全监测方面存在的问题,设计了一种新型的采煤机变频器实时监测系统,给出监测系统总体设计方案。硬件部分给出主控制器选型,并设计电流监测电路、温度监测电路、电压监测电路及CAN总线接口电路;软件部分分别对下位机和上位机进行程序设计和开发,并给出下位机程序框图和上位机结构框图。通过实验测试,测试结果表明设计的实时监测系统达到预期目标,满足工程需求,具有一定推广意义。
Aiming at the problems existing in the safety monitoring of coal mine shearer frequency converter, a new real-time monitoring system for coal mining machine frequency converter is designed, and the overall design scheme of the monitoring system is given. In the hardware part, the main controller is selected, and the current monitoring circuit, the temperature monitoring circuit, the voltage monitoring circuit and the CAN bus interface circuit are designed;while in the software part, the program design and development of the lower computer and the upper computer are carried out respectively, besides, the program block diagram of the lower computer and the structure block diagram of the upper computer are given. Finally, the experimental test is carried out. The test results show that the designed real-time monitoring system meets the expected goals and meets the engineering requirements, which has certain promotion significance.
