火电厂中速磨煤机石子煤排放方式研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 石子煤排放不及时将造成堵磨停磨,引起石子煤自燃等异常情况,严重影响锅炉正常运行。然而,由于石子煤量难以预测、磨煤机周围空间狭小等因素存在,给石子煤排放系统的设计带来很大难题。本文对常用石子煤排放方式进行了归纳总结,提出一种新的清洁石子煤排放系统,为其他电厂石子煤排放方式提供参考。 Untimely discharge of pebbles and coal would cause stoppage and stop grinding,cause abnormal conditions such as spontaneous combustion of pebbles and coal,seriously affected the normal operation of boilers.However,it was difficult to design the pebbles coal discharge system because the quantity of pebbles coal was difficult to predict and the space around the grinder was small.This paper summarized the common pebbles and coal emission methods,and proposed a new clean pebbles and coal emission system,which provided references for other pebbles and coal emission methods of power plants.
