摘要
目的初步研究三叶苷的质量标准。方法取木姜叶柯药材,采用热水提取及乙醇热饱和结晶制得三叶苷纯品,测定三叶苷纯品的水分,并利用碳谱、氢谱及薄层色谱鉴定其真伪。结果经上述波谱及薄层色谱鉴定,水分平均值为3. 55%,其结构为三叶苷。结论该方法可用于三叶苷质量标准的初步研究。
Objective To study the quality standard of tilobatin. Methods The pure trilobatin was extracted from Lithocarpus litseifolius by hot water extraction and ethanol crystallization by thermal saturation. The moisture content of trilobatin was determined. The authentic- ity of trilobatin was identified by 13 C nuclear magnetic resonance ( NMR ), 1 H NMR and TLC. Results The average moisture content of trilobatin was 3. 55% and the structure was identified as trilobatin by the above spectrum and TLC. Conclusion This method can be used for the preliminary study of the quality standard of trilobatin.
