效率视阈下的农用地经济密度评价研究

Study on Economic Density Evaluation of Agricultural Land under the Perspective of Efficiency

【目的】通过对农用地经济密度和利用效率的研究,为农用地的可持续高效发展提供理论依据和参考。【方法】基于2009-2016年面板数据,运用Geoda空间分析、变差系数、泰尔指数、相对发展率及超效率分析法进行测算。【结果】全国的农用地经济密度及利用效率从时间上表现为逐渐上升趋势,从空间上表现为由东向西逐渐降低。另外农用地经济密度总体差异缩小,各地区间呈负的空间相关性且空间差异逐渐扩大。论文将全国的农用地分为高密度有效型、高密度无效性、低密度有效型、低密度无效型4种类型,并对不同类型的农用地进行剖析。【结论】各地区应促进农业发展的适度规模经营,加强农业技术创新,加强农村基础设施建设,实现农用地的可持续发展。

【Objective】The article aims to provide a theoretical basis and reference for the sustainable and efficient development of agricultural land through the study of the economic density and utilization efficiency of agricultural land.【Method】Based on the panel data from 2009 to 2016,the study used the methods of Geoda spatial analysis,coefficient of variation,Theil index,relative development rate and super efficiency analysis.【Result】The economic density and utilization efficiency of the national agricultural land show a gradual increase from 2009 to 2016 and a gradual decline from eastern China to western China.In addition,the overall difference of economic density of agricultural land is narrowing.There is a negative correlation among different regions,and the difference among regions is gradually increasing.This paper divides the agricultural land of the country into four types including high eco-nomic density with high efficiency,high economic density with low efficiency,low economic density with high efficiency as well as low economic density with low efficiency,and conducts a detailed analysis of each type.【Conclusion】All regions should promote moderate scale management of agricultural development,strengthen agricultural technological innovation and increase rural infrastructure construction to achieve sustainable development of agricultural land.
