独一味胶囊联合西地碘含片治疗牙龈炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Duyiwei Capsules Combined with Cydiodine Buccal Tablets in the Treatment of Gingivitis

目的探讨独一味胶囊联合西地碘含片治疗牙龈炎的临床疗效。方法选取医院2017年1月至2018年4月收治的牙龈炎患者102例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各51例。两组均给予西地碘含片治疗,研究组联用独一味胶囊治疗,疗程均为15 d。结果研究组总有效率为94. 12%,显著高于对照组的74. 51%(P <0. 05);两组患者治疗后白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、可溶性黏附分子1(sICAM-1)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙龈指数(GI)、牙菌斑指数(PLI)均降低,且研究组较对照组低(P <0. 05);对照组不良反应发生率为3. 92%,与研究组的5. 88%相当(P> 0. 05)。结论独一味胶囊联合西地碘含片治疗牙龈炎疗效确切,可有效降低患者龈沟液炎性因子水平,改善牙龈状况,且不增加不良反应。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Duyiwei Capsules combined with Cydiodine Buccal Tablets in the treatment of gingivitis. Methods Totally 102 patients with gingivitis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to April 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group by the random number table method,51 cases in each group. The patients in the two groups were treated with Cydiodine Buccal Tablets,on this basis,the patients in the study group were treated with Duyiwei Capsules. The course of treatment was 15 d. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94. 12%,which was significantly higher than 74. 51% of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ). After treatment,the levels of interleukin -1β( IL -1β),soluble adhesion molecule 1 ( sICAM - 1 ),C - reactive protein ( CRP ) and prostaglandin E 2 ( PGE 2 ),the gingival bleeding index ( SBI ),gingival index ( GI ) and plaque index ( PLI ) in the two groups were decreased,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ). The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 3. 92%,which was similar to 5. 88% in the study group ( P > 0. 05 ). Conclusion Duyiwei Capsules combined with Cydiodine Buccal Tablets are effective in the treatment of gingivitis,which can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid,improve gingival status without increasing adverse reactions.
