摘要
目的探讨医院西药房绩效管理的改进措施,提高工作质量。方法调查医院西药房2017年度绩效管理情况,针对不合理之处提出改进措施,于2018年起实施平衡记分卡与关键绩效指标相结合而制订的门诊药房绩效考核表、加强动态绩效点评与沟通辅导的完整性绩效管理体系,并进行效果评价。结果与结论医院西药房主要存在绩效考核标准与内容一成不变且复杂及未认识到绩效考核的完整性两项不合理之处。改进管理后(2018年度),医院药房在调配差错率、处方质量管理、人员专业素养等方面均较改进管理前(2017年度)明显改善。可见,通过改进医院西药房绩效管理方式,有助于提高其工作质量。
Objective To investigate the improvement measures of performance management in the Western pharmacy of our hospital and to improve the quality of work. Methods The performance management of Western pharmacy was investigated in our hospital in 2017, and improvement measures were put forward for the unreasonable situation. The performance appraisal system of the outpatient pharmacy established by combining the balanced scorecard with key performance indicators was implemented in 2018,the integrated performance management system of dynamic performance appraisal and communication counseling was strengthened,and the effect was evaluated. Results and Conclusion There were two unreasonable points in the Western pharmacy of the hospital: the criteria and contents of per- formance appraisal were immutable and complex,and the integrity of the performance appraisal was not recognized. After the improve- ment management ( 2018 ),the allocation error rate,quality management of prescription and professional accomplishment of the staff were significantly improved compared with those before the improvement management ( 2017 ). It shows that improving the performance manage- ment of Western pharmacy in the hospital is helpful to improve its quality.
