Failure Analysis of Fuses Used in Communications Equipment

本文在分析介绍保险管结构及工作原理基础上,结合我司研发、生产和工程实践积累,总结了保险管在通信设备中使用所常见的失效模式及失效机理。在此基础上,按照失效分析的基本准则,通过具体案例分析研究,阐述了保险管的固有质量、设计选型和制造应用等在产品中的重要性,对改进产品设计和提高产品可靠性具有重要意义。

This paper based on the analysis of the structure and working principle of fuses,combined with our R&D,production and engineering practice,and the common failure modes and failure mechanisms of fuses which were used in Communications equipment are summarized.On this basis,in accordance with the basic norms of failure analysis,through specific cases studies,explained that the importance of inherent quality,design selection and manufacturing application of the fuses in products,which are significant to improve product design and reliability.
