摘要
加强制造过程中的质量管控,是实现产品最终质量过关的必要保证,越来越多的质量工作者将更多的关注投向了制造过程中的质量管控,以提高产品的可靠性、安全性和一致性。鱼骨图作为QC七大法之一,能快速有效的发现问题根本原因,并制定对应措施被广泛用于质量管理。首先对影响制造过程质量的要素进行系统阐述,对鱼骨图分析法在解决制造过程质量控制问题的运用进行深入介绍。
Strengthening quality control of manufacturing process is the necessary guarantee for achieving the final quality of products.So in order to enhancing the reliability,safety and consistency,increasing quality workers focus on the quality control of manufacturing process.The fishbone diagram,as one of seven methods of quality control,is able tofind the root cause of problemand formulate corresponding measures fast and effectively,widely used in quality management.Firstly,the factors,which affecting quality of manufacturing process,are elaborated comprehensively.The applications of fishbone diagram analysis are introduced in depth on solving quality control problems of manufacturing process.
