应用型人才核心素养培养的课程设置研究——以学前教育专业为例

摘要 应用型人才应具备职业责任意识、专业知识和实践能力等多方面的核心素养。在培养应用型人才核心素养的过程中,课程设置应做到各类型课程比例合理、安排循序渐进、内容简明等。目前课程设置中存在着课程比例失调、顺序不合理、内容重复等现象。为此,合理安排不同类型课程比例,促进课程整合,将通识课程与专业课程交叉进行、实践课程贯穿整个学习阶段、删减重复内容等一系列优化课程设置的建议,就成为应用型人才核心素养培养的必然选择。 Application-oriented talents should have the core qualities of professional responsibility consciousness,professional knowledge and practical ability.In the process of cultivating core qualities of application-oriented talents,the curriculum should be set up in a reasonable proportion of all types of courses,with gradual arrangement and concise contents.At present,there are some problems in curriculum setting,such as unbalanced curriculum proportion,unreasonable sequence and repeated contents.Therefore,reasonable arrangement of different types of courses,promotion of course integration,crossover between general courses and professional courses,practice courses throughout the whole learning stage,deletion of repeated content and a series of suggestions to optimize the course setting have become the inevitable choice for core quality cultivation of application-oriented talents.
