某炮兵部队战士不同入伍时限心电图特点及对评估其心功能的意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的用心电图评估不同入伍时期战士的心血管功能。方法随机抽取入伍战士74名,动态观察战士入伍军事训练前、入伍1年、入伍2年时的心电图变化。记录其心率、PR间期、QRS间期、QTc间期,RV1+SV5、心律异常、传导延迟异常及各波段异常情况,并进行统计学分析。结果入伍1年、2年战士与新入伍战士相比,心率减慢,QRS间期、QTc间期延长,RV5+SV1增加,心脏早期复极、窦性心律不齐、左室高电压等现象明显增多。结论心电图是评估战士心血管功能简捷有效的措施。入伍后心电图改变多为生理性改变,但仍需警惕病理改变的可能。 Objective Electrocardiogram is used to assessment of the cardiovascular function of soldiers who have been in artillery troop for 0,1 or 2 years. Methods Authors enrolled 74 soldiers and randomly performed electrocardiogram on them at 0,1 and 2 years since join up army. The heart rate,PR interval,QRS interval,QTc interval,RV5+SV5 and arrhythmia were observed and analyzed. Results Compared with new recruits,the soldiers for 1 or 2 years showed decreased heart rate,increased QRS and QTc interval and RV5+SV1. Earlier cardiac repolarization,sinus arrhythmia and left ventricular high voltage were observed in the soldiers for 1 or 2 years than new recruits. Conclusion Electrocardiogram is an useful method for evaluating the cardiovascular function of the soldiers. Though the changes of electrocardiogram of the soldiers for 1 or 2 years are considered as the physiologic,but it should be also to pay close attention to their pathological change.
