锥形束CT测量法与传统模型描记法在确定无牙颌上颌牙槽嵴顶连线的比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较CBCT测量法与传统模型描记法在确定无牙颌上颌牙槽嵴顶连线的差异。方法对12例无牙颌患者使用CBCT扫描形成上颌牙槽嵴图像,在图像上确定上颌中线及每一个牙位对应牙槽嵴的中心点,形成中心点连线图,测量各中心点距中线的垂直距离(a1-a14),取12例患者的均数(a1-a14);同时,对12例无牙颌患者取上颌印模,灌制3组相同的石膏模型,由3位有经验修复医师分别取一组模型,确定模型中线及各牙位位点,形成牙槽嵴顶连线,测量各位点距中线的垂直距离,同一患者取3个数据的平均值(b1-b14),亦取12例患者的均数(b1-b14)。两两分别比较均数(a1-a14)与(b1-b14)的差异。结果传统方法根据经验得出的位点与中线距离,与通过CBCT测量数据得出的位点与中线的距离间无统计学差异。结论应用CBCT测量与传统模型描记法都能够精确确定无牙颌上颌牙槽嵴顶连线,有利于指导全口义齿精确排牙。 Objective To compare the difference between CBCT aided measurement and the traditional method for deciding maxillary edentulous crest line. Methods The 12 edentulous patient accepted CBCT scan and the maxillary image,the central line of the maxillary arch and the central points of every artificial tooth on the alveolar crest were decided;the points and the constructed alveolar crest line were connected;the distances between the points and the central line(a1-a14) were measured and recorded;Then the impressions of the 12 edentulous upper arch were taken,obtaining 3 group's the same plaster casts;Three experienced dentists were chosed to decide the central line and the central points of every artificial tooth on the cast crest,the points and the constructed the alveolar crest lines were connected;the distances between the points and the central line(b1-b14) were measured and recorded. Then the difference of the means between the two methods were compared each other. Results As far as the distance between the points of the artificial teeth and the central line,there were no statistical difference between the two methods(P>0.05). Conclusion CBCT aided measurement and the traditional method for maxillary edentulous crest line are all effective on accurately diciding the points of the artificial teeth.
