摘要
采用超快干羟基丙烯酸树脂和高固低黏聚酯树脂共混的技术,配合自制的HDI 三聚体类固化剂,制备了双组份丙烯酸聚氨酯清漆,对其VOC 含量进行了估算,并对清漆的干燥速度、硬度、光泽、DOI等指标进行了表征。研究表明,采用这种技术可以获得VOC 含量低于420 g/L,在常温下干燥4~6 h 即可抛光的双组份聚氨酯清漆。作为环保型的高固低黏清漆,该产品可广泛应用于汽车、工程机械、工业设备、火车、风电叶片等领域的涂装。
A 2K acrylic polyurethane varnish is prepared by blending ultra-fast drying hydroxyl acrylic resin with high-solid low-viscosity polyester resin and self-made HDI trimer curing agent. The VOC content of the varnish is estimated, meanwhile, the drying speed, hardness, gloss and DOI of the varnish are characterized. The results show that the 2K polyurethane varnish with VOC content less than 420 g/L can be obtained by this technology, and can be polished after dried for 4- 6 hours at room temperature. As an environmentally friendly high-solid low-viscosity varnish, the product can be widely used in sectors of automotive, construction machinery, industrial equipment, trains and wind turbine blades, etc.
