摘要
以纳米有机钛聚合物为前驱体与高分子合金树脂共混,复配以石墨烯、化学助剂等原料,加工成不同功能和用途的钛基高分子合金涂料系列产品。经涂层检测和实际应用,试验结果表现出许多突出性能和特殊功能,被广泛地应用于石油、化工、冶金、能源、交通及海洋等各种防腐蚀工程领域,成为当今重要的新一代特种涂料品种。
The nano-organic titanium polymer was mixed as precursor with high molecular alloy resin, graphene, additives and other components to prepare the titanium-based high molecular alloy coatings with different functionalities. The test results showed that the coatings had excellent performance and were widely applied in the corrosion protection of petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, energy, transportation and ocean, etc. The coatings were regarded as a new generation of special coatings playing an important role in the coatings industry.
