摘要
采用羟基丙烯酸乳液、水性聚氨酯固化剂、无重金属颜填料等原材料,制备了一种双组份水性聚氨酯地坪涂料,重点探讨了n(-NCO)/n(-OH)比例、颜基比及成膜温度对涂膜性能的影响,得到了一种性价比优异的环保型水性聚氨酯地坪涂料。
An environmentally friendly two-component waterborne polyurethane floor coating was prepared with hydroxyl acrylic emulsion, waterborne polyurethane curing agent and heavy metal-free fillers, etc. as raw materials. The effects of n (-NCO)/n (-OH), pigment / binder ratio and filmforming temperature on the film properties were discussed in particular. Thus, a cost -effective environmentally friendly waterborne polyurethane floor coating was obtained.
