脑卒中糖尿病患者康复护理的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Rehabilitation Nursing for Patients with Cerebral Apoplexy Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨对脑卒中糖尿病患者康复的护理效果。方法选取2018年1—12月到该院就诊的98例脑卒中糖尿病患者作为研究对象,将其划分成常规组与实验组,各49例。常规组患者运用常规护理干预模式,实验组在对照组的基础上采用优质护理干预方法,比较常规组与实验组的护理效果与护理后的心理状态。结果实验组的护理效果(97.96%)明显优于常规组(89.80%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组护理后的心理状态优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于脑卒中糖尿病患者而言,优质护理扮演十分重要的作用,其具有良好的护理效果,患者的不适症状会显著缓解,预后效果优良,尽快回归到正常的社会生活中,因此,优质护理方法应获得医护人员与患者的高度重视。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of rehabilitation on stroke patients with diabetes. Methods Ninety-eight patients with stroke and diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into conventional group and experimental group,with 49 cases in each group. The routine group patients used the routine nursing intervention mode,and the experimental group used the high quality nursing intervention method on the basis of the control group to compare the nursing effect of the routine group and the experimental group with the psychological state after the nursing. Results The nursing effect of the experimental group (97.96%) was significantly better than that of the conventional group (89.80%). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The psychological state of the experimental group after treatment was better than that of the conventional group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with stroke and diabetes,quality nursing plays a very important role. It has good nursing effect,the patient's discomfort will be significantly relieved,the prognosis effect is excellent,and return to normal social life as soon as possible. Therefore,quality nursing method should be highly valued by medical staff and patients.
