复方甘草酸苷联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗糖尿病合并银屑病疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin Combined with Narrow-band UVB on Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Psoriasis

目的探讨复方甘草酸苷联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗糖尿病合并银屑病的效果。方法选取该科2017年12月—2018年12月收治的糖尿病合并银屑病患者22例,随机分为两组,各11例,观察组给予复方甘草酸苷联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗,对照组采用复方甘草酸苷治疗。结果观察组总有效率为90.9%,显著优于对照组72.7%(P<0.05);两组FPG、2hPG比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组PASI评分(4.96±2.38)分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗糖尿病合并银屑病,能够更好地改善患者症状,提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of compound glycyrrhizin combined with narrow-band UVB in the treatment of diabetic psoriasis. Methods 22 patients with diabetes mellitus and psoriasis admitted to our department from December 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups: 11 patients each. The observation group was given compound glycyrrhizin combined with narrow-band UVB treatment. And the control group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.9%,which was significantly better than that of the control group (72.7%)(P<0.05). There was no difference in FPG and 2 hPG between the two groups (P>0.05). The PASI score (4.96±2.38)points was significantly better in the observation group than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin combined with narrow-band UVB in the treatment of diabetic psoriasis can better improve the symptoms and improve the therapeutic effect.
