异丙酚复合瑞芬太尼输注对老年2型糖尿病手术患者血糖的影响效果评价

Effect of Propofol Combined with Remifentanil Infusion on Blood Glucose in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的探讨异丙酚符合瑞芬太尼输注对老年2型糖尿病患者血糖的效果影响分析。方法选取了2016年1月—2019年1月需要手术的患者30例,分为2组进行不同麻醉方式研究。结果实验组患者对该次麻醉效果的满意度为100.00%,明显优于对照组患者73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术麻醉情况对比,在麻醉前10min的血糖值2组患者均没有明显的变化(P>0.05),在术中30min和术后60min血糖值的情况,实验组患者均好于对照组患者,其对比结果显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论异丙酚复合瑞芬太尼可以稳定老年2型糖尿病手术患者的血糖值,在手术期间无任何的影响,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of propofol on the effect of remifentanil infusion on blood glucose in elderly type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Thirty patients requiring surgery from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected and divided into two groups for different anesthesia studies. Results The satisfaction rate of the anesthesia effect in the experimental group was 100.00%,which was significantly better than that in the control group 73.33%,which was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with the anesthesia,the blood glucose level in the first 10 minutes before anesthesia was 2 patients. There was no significant change(P>0.05). In the case of intraoperative 30 minutes and postoperative 60 minutes,the patients in the experimental group were better than the control group,and the comparison results were significant,which was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Propofol combined with remifentanil can stabilize the blood glucose level of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. It has no effect during the operation and is worthy of application.
