综合护理应用于小儿糖尿病临床护理的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Clinical Nursing of Children with Diabetes

目的探讨综合护理干预应用于小儿糖尿病患儿中的护理效果。方法选取该院2018年1月—2019年1月期间收治的66例小儿糖尿病患儿,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各为33例患儿,对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组患儿给予综合性护理干预,对比两组护理效果。结果护理后,研究组空腹血糖水平(6.0±1.2)mmol/L,餐后2h血糖水平(8.3±0.5)mmol/L更加优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组家属护理满意度93.94%、治疗的依从性优良率96.97%显著高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预应用于小儿糖尿病患儿中的护理效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on children with diabetes in children. Methods Sixty-six children with diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected. They were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 33 children in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention. The study group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results In the study group,the fasting blood glucose level (6.0±1.2) mmol/L and the blood glucose level 2 h after meal (8.3±0.5) mmol/L were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the family members in the study group was 93.94%,and the excellent rate of compliance with treatment and treatment was 96.97%,which were significantly higher than those of the control group. And the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is effective in the treatment of children with diabetes.
