围生期综合护理对妊娠合并糖尿病患者疗效及分娩结局的影响浅析

Analysis of the Effect of Perinatal Comprehensive Nursing on the Efficacy and Delivery Outcome of Pregnant Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析围生期综合护理对妊娠合并糖尿病患者疗效及分娩结局的影响。方法将2018年1—12月这一时段内,在该院妇产科住院治疗的妊娠合并糖尿病患者100例纳入研究,随机分为两组,每组50例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施围生期综合护理,对比两组疗效及分娩结局。结果观察组产前FPG、2hPG、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶水平均低于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组发生产后出血、早产、新生儿低血糖等不良分娩结局的比率低于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围生期综合护理实施于妊娠合并糖尿病患者中,可提升治疗效果,改善分娩结局,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of perinatal comprehensive nursing on the efficacy and outcome of pregnancy in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods From January to December 2018,100 patients with pregnancy and diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital for obstetrics and gynecology were included in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups,50 in each group. The observation group implemented comprehensive perinatal care and compared the efficacy and delivery outcomes of the two groups. Results The prenatal FPG,2 hPG and glutathione peroxidase levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group developed postpartum hemorrhage,premature delivery and neonates. The rate of adverse delivery outcomes such as hypoglycemia was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Perinatal comprehensive nursing is implemented in patients with pregnancy and diabetes,which can improve the treatment effect and improve the outcome of delivery. It is worthy of popularization and application.
