摘要
目的建立测定甲硝唑原料药中镉含量的测定方法。方法采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法,供试品经微波消解处理后测定,镉测定波长228.8nm,狭缝0.7nm,光源灯电流8mA。结果镉浓度在线性范围0~2ng/ml范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.4%(RSD=1.2%,n=9)。结论方法准确快捷,专属性强,检出限低,精密度高,回收率好,线性范围宽,稳定性好。
Objective To establish a method foRthe determination of cadmium in metronidazole raw materials. Methods Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFASS) was used to determine the metronidazole samples afteRmicrowave digestion. The cadmium determination wavelength was 228.8 nm, the slit was 0.7 nm, and the light source current was 8 mA. Results There was a good lineaR relationship between cadmium concentrations and absorbances in the lineaRrange of 0 ~ 2 ng/ml, and the average recovery was 98.4%(RSD=1.2%, n =9). Conclusion The method has the advantages of accuracy, quickness,specificity, low detection limit, high precision, good recovery, wide lineaR range and good stability.
