县域中小城市医院卒中中心建设组织管理模式研究

Study on Organization and Management Mode of Stroke Center Construction in Small City Hospitals in County Areas

本文通过对卒中中心国内外现状阐述,根据苏州市健康市民“531”工程的要求,以太仓市第一人民医院建设融合型卒中中心为实例,分析县域中小城市建设卒中中心优势和组织管理特点以及目前需要进一步完善的环节,以期建设融合、规范的县级卒中中心,降低卒中患者的发病率、病死率、致残率。

This paper expounds the status quo of the Stroke Center at home and abroad,and based on the requirements of the"531"project of the healthy citizen of Suzhou City,taking the construction of the fusion stroke center of the First People's Hospital of Taicang City as an example,analyzing the advantages and organization management of the construction of the stroke center in the small cities in the county.Features and current needs for further improvement,with a view to building a converged,standardized county-level stroke center to reduce the incidence,mortality,and disability rate of stroke patients.
