Objective To investigate the effects of captopril on ventricular remodeling and inflammatory factors in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods 72 patients with CHD who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)from July 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table,36 cases for each group. The control group received routine basic treatment after operation. The observation group was treated with captopril on the basis of the control group. The left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the LVEDV of the observation group was(100.50±5.42)ml,and the LVESV was(51.05±4.11)ml,which was lower than that of the control group(110.84±7.80)ml,(64.73±5.47)ml,and the observation group LVEF was(60.54±4.28)%was higher than that of the control group(51.62±4.01)%(P<0.05);the serum levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Captopril can effectively alleviate the inflammatory response of patients with coronary heart disease after intervention, reverse ventricular remodeling and improve prognosis.
