阿托伐他汀联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗脑血栓的效果观察

Effect of Atorvastatin Combined with Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate on Cerebral Thrombosis

目的观察阿托伐他汀联合抗血小板药治疗脑血栓的临床效果。方法选择我院2018年1月~2019年1月收治的脑血栓患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用抗血小板药治疗,观察组在此基础上联合阿托伐他汀治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、平均血小板体积、血小板黏附率、血小板计数及语言障碍、肢体功能障碍、静脉血栓等后遗症情况。结果对照组平均血小板体积、血小板黏附率及血小板计数分别为(25.30±5.44)fl、(40.54±5.93)%、(310.23±9.84)×10^9/L,高于观察组的(11.52±2.11)fl、(32.35±4.12)%、(277.34±7.27)×10^9/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗总有效率为82.50%,低于观察组的95.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组后遗症发生率为25.00%,高于观察组的7.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合抗血小板药治疗脑血栓患者的效果显著,可减少后遗症,改善患者血液粘稠度,应用效果较好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with antiplatelet drugs in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis.Methods 80 patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases each.The control group was treated with antiplatelet drugs.The observation group was treated with atorvastatin.The clinical efficacy,mean platelet volume,platelet adhesion rate,platelet count and language disorder,limb dysfunction,venous thrombosis and other sequelae were compared between the two groups.Results The mean platelet volume,platelet adhesion rate and platelet count of the control group were(25.30±5.44)fl,(40.54±5.93)%,(310.23±9.84)×10^9/L,which was higher than that of the observation group(11.52±2.11)fl.(32.35±4.12)%,(277.34±7.27)×10^9/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the control group was 82.50%,which was lower than the observation group's 95.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of sequelae in the control group was 25.00%,which was higher than 7.50%in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of atorvastatin combined with antiplatelet drugs in the treatment of patients with cerebral thrombosis is significant,which can reduce the sequelae and improve the blood viscosity of patients.
