摘要
目的了解生殖器疱疹(GH)高危人群两种血清学检测方法的阳性率。方法收集暨南大学附属东莞医院2018年1月~5月427例GH高危人群采用酶联免疫法,2018年7月~11月528例GH高危人群采用化学发光免疫法,比较两种检测方法检测单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)IgM阳性结果。结果化学发光免疫法检测的528例GH高危人群中HSVIgM阳性94例,阳性率17.80%,其中1型IgM阳性42例,阳性率7.95%,2型IgM阳性52例,阳性率9.85%;酶联免疫方法检测的427例GH高危人群中HSVIgM阳性24例,阳性率5.62%,其中1型IgM阳性12例,阳性率2.81%,2型IgM阳性12例,阳性率2.81%。化学发光免疫法阳性率检测高于酶联免疫法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化学发光免疫法检测高危GH人群HSVIgM的阳性率高于酶联免疫法,且操作简单,检测时间周期短。
Objective To understand the positive rates of two serological tests for high-risk population of genital herpes(GH).Methods Collecting Dongguan Hospital Affiliated to Jinan University from January to May 2018,427 high-risk population of GH were enrolled in enzymelinked immunosorbent assay.528 high-risk population of GH from July to November 2018 were chemiluminescence immunoassay.Two methods were used to detect IgM positive result of herpes simplex virus(HSV).Results 528 high-risk population of GH cases were detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay,with 94 cases of HSV IgM,the positive rate was 17.80%,including 42 cases of type I IgM positive,the positive rate was 7.95%;52 cases of type 2 IgM positive,the positive rate was 9.85%;427 high-risk population of GH cases were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay methods,with 24 cases of herpes simplex IgM,the positive rate was 5.62%,including 12 cases of type I IgM positive,the positive rate was 2.81%;12 cases of type 2 IgM positive,the positive rate was 2.81%.The positive rate of chemiluminescence immunoassay was higher than that of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive rate of herpes simplex virus IgM in high-risk genital herpes is higher than that of enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and the operation is simple and the results are rapid.
