股骨远端骨折手术治疗疗效分析

Analysis of Surgical Treatment for Distal Femoral Fractures

目的探讨股骨远端骨折手术治疗疗效。方法随机选择130例2015年1月—2019年1月期间在该院进行股骨远端骨折手术患者,分为对照组和治疗组,各65例,对照组患者给予解剖钢板内固定手术进行治疗,治疗组给予微创内固定系统进行治疗,比较两组患者各项临床指标、生活质量评分、膝关节功能优良率、并发症发生率及治疗总有效率。结果治疗组临床指标显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.68、6.51、7.48、6.51,P<0.05);治疗组患者生活质量评分与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(t=9.97、18.51、11.49、17.00,P<0.05);治疗组膝关节功能优良率为95.38%,对照组为76.92%,对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.28,P=0.002<0.05);治疗组并发症发生率为4.62%,对照组为24.62%,对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.41,P=0.001<0.05);治疗组治疗总有效率(96.92%)显著高于对照组(75.38%),对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=12.63,P=0.000<0.05)。结论微创内固定系统手术方式治疗股骨远端骨折患者临床效果显著。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of surgical treatment of distal femoral fractures. Methods A total of 130 patients with distal femoral fractures in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2019 were randomly selected and divided into control group and treatment group, 65 cases each. The control group was treated with anatomical plate internal fixation. The treatment group was treated with minimally invasive internal fixation system. The clinical indicators, quality of life score, excellent knee function, complication rate and total effective rate were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical indexes of the treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=7.68,6.51,7.48,6.51,P<0.05). The difference in quality of life score between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(t=9.97,18.51, 11.49,17.00,P<0.05);the excellent and good knee function in the treatment group was 95.38%, and the control group was 76.92%. The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=9.28,P=0.002<0.05);the incidence of complications in the treatment group was 4.62%, and that in the control group was 24.62%. The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=10.41, P=0.001<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment (96.92%) was significantly higher. In the control group (75.38%), the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=12.63,P=0.000<0.05). Conclusion The minimally invasive internal fixation system for the treatment of patients with distal femoral fractures has a significant clinical effect.
