牙髓炎或根尖炎采取氢氧化钙糊剂与根管治疗术联合治疗的疗效

Therapeutic Effect of Combined Treatment with Calcium Hydroxide Paste and Root Canal Therapy for Pulpitis or Apical Inflammation

目的研究氢氧化钙糊剂、根管治疗术联合治疗牙髓炎或根尖炎的效果。方法选择2017年2月—2019年3月中52例牙髓炎或根尖炎患者进行研究,将患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,对照组接受根管治疗术后应用氧化锌碘仿丁香油粘固粉进行根管充填,治疗组则应用氢氧化钙糊剂进行根管填充,比较效果。结果治疗组治疗后炎性因子IL-6、IL-8、IL-1β、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后GI、PLI、PD、BI结果低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗总有效率为88.46%,对照组为65.38%(χ^2=3.90,P<0.05)。结论氢氧化钙糊剂与根管治疗术联合治疗牙髓炎或根尖炎能够获得更好的效果,使牙周情况得到更大程度改善,且有助于减轻炎性程度。

Objective To study the effect of calcium hydroxide paste and root canal therapy in the treatment of pulpitis or apical inflammation. Methods A total of 52 patients with pulpitis or apical period from February 2017 to March 2019 were enrolled. The patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group. The control group received zinc oxide iodoform after root canal therapy. The clove oil cement powder was used for root canal filling, and the treatment group was applied with calcium hydroxide paste for root canal filling, and the effect was compared. Results The levels of inflammatory factors IL-6, IL-8, IL-1β and TNF-α in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The GI, PLI, PD and BI results in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate was 88.46% in the treatment group and 65.38% in the control group (χ^2=3.90, P<0.05). Conclusion Calcium hydroxide paste combined with root canal therapy can achieve better results in the treatment of pulpitis or apical inflammation, which can improve the periodontal condition and help reduce the degree of inflammation.
