探讨舌下腺囊肿手术治疗效果

Exploring the Effect of Surgical Treatment of Sublingual Cyst

目的研究舌下腺囊肿患者接受手术治疗的有效方法及效果。方法选择该院2016年1月—2019年2月中72例舌下腺囊肿患者进行回顾性分析,36例患者接受改进舌下腺摘除术治疗,36例患者接受经典舌下腺摘除术治疗,分别视作观察组、对照组,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组36例舌下腺囊肿患者治愈率为94.44%,术后复发率为2.78%,均明显优于对照组治愈率77.78%、复发率16.67%(χ^2=4.180 6、3.956 0,P<0.05)。结论改进舌下腺摘除术治疗舌下腺囊肿能够获得良好效果,手术成功率高,且安全性高,临床应用价值突出。

Objective To study the effective methods and effects of surgical treatment of patients with sublingual cysts. Methods A retrospective analysis of 72 patients with sublingual cyst in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2019 was performed. 36 patients underwent modified sublingual glandectomy and 36 patients underwent classic sublingual glandectomy. They were regarded as observation group and control group, respectively, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The cure rate of 36 patients with sublingual cyst was 94.44%, and the recurrence rate was 2.78%. The cure rate was 77.78% and the recurrence rate was 16.67%(χ^2=4.180 6, 3.956 0, P<0.05). Conclusion Improved sublingual gland extraction for sublingual cysts can achieve good results, high success rate, high safety and outstanding clinical value.
