血清CYFRA21-1检测对临床胃癌的诊断价值分析

Diagnostic Value of Serum CYFRA21-1 Detection in Clinical Gastric Cancer

目的分析胃癌患者检测血清CYFRA21-1指标的临床应用价值。方法该次选择2017年6月—2019年4月该院收治胃部疾病患者70例为该次观察组研究对象,选择同期于该院接受体检的健康者53名为对照组研究对象,均接受血清CYFRA21-1检测,比较两组患者指标差异,同时比较观察组患者不同病症、不同年龄、不同性别患者CYFRA21-1指标差异。结果观察组患者CYFRA21-1指标(12.01±6.81)ng/mL明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=45.56,P<0.05),同时观察组中,胃癌患者CYFRA21-1指标(14.05±1.13)ng/mL明显高于胃炎患者(t=14.26,P<0.05),而年龄超过60岁患者与年龄低于60岁患者该项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),男性患者与女性患者该指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胃部疾病患者通过检测血清指标CYFR21-1指标能够鉴别疾病类型,准确率相对较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical application value of serum CYFRA21-1 in patients with gastric cancer. Methods From June 2017 to April 2019, 70 patients with gastric diseases in our hospital were selected as the study group. 53 healthy subjects who were admitted to our hospital for the same period of time were selected as the control group. Serum CYFRA21-1 was tested and the differences between the two groups were compared. The differences of CYFRA21-1 between patients with different diseases, ages and genders were compared. Results The CYFRA21-1 index (12.01±6.81) ng/mL was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significance(t=45.56, P<0.05). In the observation group, the CYFRA21-1 index (14.05±1.13) ng/mL in gastric cancer patients. It was significantly higher than patients with gastritis (t=14.26, P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the patients over 60 years old and those under 60 years old (P>0.05). There was no male or female patient. no statisticat significant of the difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Patients with gastric diseases can identify the disease type by detecting the serum index CYFR21-1. The accuracy rate is relatively high, which is worthy of clinical application.
