中医导痰祛瘀药治疗糖尿病合并冠心病的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guiding Phlegm and Blood Stasis in Treating Diabetes with Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨中医导痰祛瘀药治疗糖尿病合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法选定2016年7月—2018年5月该院收诊的88例糖尿病合并冠心病患者,分层随机法分为观察组44例(脉络祛瘀法+基础治疗)与对照组44例(基础治疗),比较两组低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、血糖值、治疗有效率、不良反应发生率指标。结果治疗结束,观察组低密度脂蛋白(3.03±0.16)mmol/L、甘油三酯(1.61±0.14)mmol/L、总胆固醇(5.07±0.43)mmol/L、血糖值(6.21±0.49)mmol/L、不良反应发生率(6.82%)均低对照组且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组高密度脂蛋白(1.53±0.19)mmol/L、治疗有效率(95.45%)均高于对照组且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脉络祛瘀法可有效提高糖尿病合并冠心病患者预后质量及临床疗效,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods Eighty-eight patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to May 2018 were enrolled. The stratified randomized method was divided into observation group of 44 cases (choroid sputum method + basic treatment) and control group of 44 cases (basic treatment), compare the two groups of low-density lipoprotein, high-density lipoprotein, triglyceride, total cholesterol, blood glucose, treatment efficiency, adverse reaction rate indicators. Results At the end of treatment, the low-density lipoprotein (3.03±0.16) mmol/L, triglyceride (1.61±0.14) mmol/L, total cholesterol (5.07±0.43) mmol/L, and blood glucose (6.21±0.49)mmol/L were observed in the observation group. The incidence of adverse reactions (6.82%) was lower in the control group (P<0.05). The high-density lipoprotein (1.53±0.19) mmol/L and the effective rate of treatment (95.45%) were observed in the observation group. Higher than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The collaterals method can effectively improve the prognosis quality and clinical efficacy of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease. It is worthy of popularization.
