双歧杆菌对极低出生体重儿免疫功能影响的分析研究

摘要 目的研究歧杆菌对极低出生体重儿免疫功能的影响。方法从该院2017年2月—2018年9月之间受至的极低出生体重儿中随机选取52例,随机分为观察组和对照组。每组极低出生体重儿各26例。对照组常规治疗措施。观察组常规治疗的基础上给予口服双歧杆菌治疗。对两组临床指标以及外周血相关免疫学指标进行比较分析。结果经过一段时间的治疗后,观察组极低出生体重儿的生理盐水灌肠次数为(2.87±1.50)次,对照组极低出生体重儿的生理盐水灌肠次数为(3.97±1.90)次。两组数据差异有统计学意义(t=2.317,P<0.05)。结论对于极低出生体重儿来说,在临床住院治疗中进行口服双歧杆菌治疗,能够有效地改善极低出生体重儿的消化道症状,增强极低出生体重儿的免疫细胞活性,促进极低出生体重儿免疫功能的成熟。 Objective To study the effect of Bifidobacteria on immune function in very low birth weight infants. Methods A total of 52 patients with very low birth weight who were received between February 2017 and September 2018 in this hospital were randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group. There were 26 cases of very low birth weight in each group. Conventional treatment measures in the control group. Oral bifidobacteria treatment was given on the basis of conventional treatment in the observation group. The clinical indicators of the two groups and the relevant immunological indicators of peripheral blood were compared and analyzed. Results After a period of treatment, the number of saline enemas in the very low birth weight infants in the observation group was (2.87±1.50) times, and the number of saline enema in the very low birth weight infants in the control group was (3.97±1.90) times. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=2.317,P<0.05). Conclusion For very low birth weight infants, oral Bifidobacterium treatment in clinical hospitalization can effectively improve the digestive tract symptoms of very low birth weight infants, enhance the immune cell activity of very low birth weight infants, and promote the maturity of immune function of low birth weight infants.
