摘要
目的分析高血压脑出血患者采取3D-slicer软件在神经内镜微创手术治疗中的应用价值。方法该次选择2016年1月-2019年1月该院收治83例高血压脑出血患者为研究对象,根据入院先后顺序分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者采取常规手术治疗,观察组患者采取3D-slicer软件内镜微创手术治疗,对比临床疗效,统计并分析各组患者临床相关指标差异,计算各组患者术后并发症发生概率。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率97.62%%明显优于对照组78.05%(χ^2=7.50,P<0.05)。同时观察组患者手术时长(1.35±0.22)h、住院时长(10.33±0.41)d均短于对照组,术中出血量(15.33±1.33)mL少于对照组,MRS评分(2.01±0.04)分低于对照组(t=8.39、10.14、15.22、7.44,P<0.05)。观察组患者术后出现并发症的概率2.38%较对照组19.51%相比更低(χ^2=6.30,P<0.05)。结论高血压脑出血患者采取3D-slicer软件神经内镜微创手术治疗效果更佳,可减少患者术后并发症,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the value of 3D-slicer software in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in neuroendoscopic minimally invasive surgery. Methods From January 2016 to January 2019, 83 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were enrolled in this hospital. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional surgery. The 3D-slicer software endoscopic minimally invasive surgery was used to compare the clinical efficacy, and the differences of clinical related indexes between the groups were statistically analyzed. The probability of postoperative complications in each group was calculated. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.62%, which was significantly better than that of the control group 78.05%(χ^2=7.50, P<0.05). Surgery patients simultaneously viewed long (1.35±0.22) h, length of hospitalization (10.33 ± 0.41) d shorter than the control group, blood loss (15.33 ± 1.33)mL than the control group, the MRS score (2.01 ± 0.04)points lower than the control group (t=8.39, 10.14, 15.22, 7.44, P<0.05). The incidence rate of the observation group postoperative complications 2.38% compared with 19.51% lower compared to the control group (χ^2= 6.30, P<0.05). Conclusion 3D-slicer software neuroendoscopic minimally invasive surgery is more effective in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, which can reduce postoperative complications and is worthy of clinical application.
