摘要
为了改善电站锅炉水的处理水质,本文引用反渗透技术,通过分析反渗透处理工艺,提出反渗透水质处理系统。利用混凝剂及多介质过滤器去除锅炉水中的杂质,通过驱动混床装置滤除水中盐,获取用户用水。应用结果表明,锅炉水脱盐率在97.5%以上,满足水质处理要求,成本较低,能够为企业创造更多经济效益。
In order to improve the water quality of boiler water treatment in power station, the paper puts forward the reverse osmosis water quality treatment system by quoting reverse osmosis technology and analyzing reverse osmosis treatment process. Coagulant and multi-medium filter are used to remove impurities in boiler water, and salt is removed by driving mixed bed device to obtain user water. The application results show that the desalination rate of boiler water is above 97.5%, which meets the requirements of water quality treatment, and the cost is low, which can create more economic benefits for enterprises.
