中药房调剂质量监管对中药处方的有效性及用药安全性的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Chinese Medicine Pharmacy Regulation on the Effectiveness and Safety of Chinese Medicine Prescription

目的分析对中药饮片调剂实施质量监督对中药处方安全性和有效性的积极影响。方法选取该院中药房调剂的处方480张,该院在2018年4月起对中药房调剂过程实施质量监管,监管前(2018年1-3月)调剂处方230张,监管后(2018年4-6月)调剂处方250张,比较监管前后中药房调剂处方的临床疗效和不良反应事件发生率。结果①监管后,中药房饮片调剂处方有效率为95.20%,高于监管前的88.69%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.088,P=0.014);②监管前,230张饮片调剂处方的不良反应率为11.74%,其中饮片质量问题所致不良反应率为6.09%;监管后,250张调剂处方的不良反应率为4.00%,其中饮片质量问题所致不良反应率为2.00%,监管后中药调剂处方的不良反应率较监管前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.027,P=0.003)、因饮片质量导致的不良反应率也显著减少,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.243,P=0.039)。结论对中药处方调剂过程进行全程的质量监管,有助于保证中药处方的质量,提升中药用药安全,值得在中药房管理中加以推广应用。

Objective To analyze the positive impact of quality supervision of Chinese medicine pharmacy on the safety and effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions. Methods A total of 480 prescriptions were selected from the Chinese pharmacy in our hospital. In April 2018, the hospital implemented quality supervision on the adjustment process of Chinese pharmacy. Before the supervision(January to March 2018), 230 prescriptions were adjusted.After supervision(April to June 2018), 250 prescriptions were administered. The incidence of efficacy and adverse reaction events of Chinese medicine pharmacy prescriptions before and after supervision were compared. Results 1.After supervision, the effective rate of prescription for Chinese pharmacy was 95.20%, which was higher than that before su pervision(88.69%). The difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.088, P=0.014);2.Before regulation, the adverse reaction rate of the 230 prescriptions was 11.74%, and the adverse reaction rate caused by the quality of the tablets was6.09%. After the supervision, the adverse reaction rate of the 250 prescriptions was 4.00%, and the adverse reaction rate caused by the quality of the tablets was 2.00%. The adverse reaction rate of Chinese medicine preparation prescription after supervision was significantly lower than that before supervision,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.027, P=0.003), and the adverse reaction rate caused by the quality of the tablets was also significantly reduced,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.243, P=0.039). Conclusion The quality supervision of the prescription adjustment process of Chinese pharmacies helps to improve the quality of Chinese medicine prescriptions and improve the safety of clinical medications. It is worth promoting in pharmacy management.
