活血化瘀中药联用抗血小板药物对冠心病患者中医症状评分的影响

Effect of Chinese Medicine for Activating Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis Combined with Antiplatelet Drugs on TCM Symptom Score of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨活血化瘀中药联用抗血小板药物对冠心病患者中医症状评分的影响。方法选择收治冠心病患者288例,所有患者均于2017年1月-2018年12月在该院接受治疗,随机分为实验组(n=144)和常规组(n=144)。常规组接受抗血小板药物治疗,实验组接受活血化瘀中药联合抗血小板药物治疗,观察两组疗效、中医症状评分、不良反应发生情况。结果干预前两组胸闷、胸痛、乏力、气短、心悸、自汗症状评分对比,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后实验组胸闷、胸痛、乏力、气短、心悸、自汗症状评分均显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率90.97%,显著高于常规组的77.08%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.35,P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率5.56%,显著低于常规组的21.53%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.08,P<0.05)。结论在冠心病治疗中应用活血化瘀中药联合抗血小板药物效果显著,其能够显著改善患者中医症状,并且不良反应较少,值得进行广泛推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of combined use of Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and antiplatelet drugs on TCM symptom score of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 288 patients with coronary heart disease were selected. All patients were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018. They were randomly divided into experimental group(n=144) and conventional group(n=144). The conventional group was treated with antiplatelet drugs, while the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis combined with antiplatelet drugs. The efficacy, TCM symptom score and the incidence of adverse reaction of the two groups were compared. Results There were statistically significant differences in the scores of chest tightness, chest pain, fatigue, shortness of breath, palpitation and spontaneous sweating between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05). After intervention,the scores of chest tightness, chest pain, fatigue, shortness of breath, palpitation and spontaneous sweating in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 90.97% in the experimental group, which was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(77.08%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=10.35, P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 5.56%, which was significantly lower than that in the conventional group21.53%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=16.08, P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of coronary heart disease, the application of traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis combined with antiplatelet drugs has remarkable effect, which can significantly improve the TCM symptoms of patients. It has fewer adverse reactions, and is worthy of wide promotion.
