综合护理干预在荨麻疹患者护理中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Nursing of Patients with Urticaria

目的分析综合护理干预在荨麻疹患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月-2018年12月在该院治疗的58例荨麻疹患者,根据患者的护理方式将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组29例,其中,观察组患者实施全面的综合护理干预,对照组采用常规护理干预,对两组患者的护理效果、红肿和瘙痒消除时间以及患者对护理的满意度进行对比分析。结果观察组患者红肿消除时间(3.44±0.27)d、瘙痒消除时间(3.05±0.21)d,均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=33.487、34.473,P=0.000、0.000);观察组患者总有效率为96.55%,对照组患者总有效率为75.86%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.220,P=0.022);观察组护理满意率为93.10%,对照组护理满意率为62.07%,观察组满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.031,P=0.005)。结论在荨麻疹患者护理中实施全面的综合护理干预,有助于提高患者的临床效果,缩短患者的症状消除时间,提高患者的满意率,值得在临床护理工作中推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with urticaria. Methods A total of 58 patients with urticaria treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the patient’s nursing method. Each group had 29 cases. The observation group was implemented comprehensive nursing intervention,while the control group received routine nursing intervention. Nursing effect, redness and itching elimination time, and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results In the observation group, the redness elimination time(3.44±0.27) d and the itching elimination time(3.05±0.21) d were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=33.487, 34.473, P=0.000,0.000). The total effective rate was 96.55% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than than that of the control group(75.86%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.220, P=0.022). The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was93.10%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(62.07%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.031, P=0.005). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of urticaria patients can help to improve the clinical effect of patients, shorten the time of symptom elimination and improve the satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical nursing work.
