针对性护理在慢性胃溃疡患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Targeted Nursing in the Nursing of Patients with Chronic Gastric Ulcer

目的分析针对性护理在慢性胃溃疡患者护理中的应用效果。方法选择2017年5月-2018年5月该院收治的100例慢性胃溃疡者为研究对象,将其分为两组,每组50例。对照组受试者接受常规化护理干预。在此其中包含监测患者心率、心律、脉搏等生命指标。在此同时为患者制定出科学性强的服药计划。以此为基础,观察组受试者接受针对性护理干预。分析两组受试者治疗有效率以及护理满意度。结果相较于对照组,观察组总有效率98.00%、半年内复发率4.00%、护理满意度96.00%更高,组间数据差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.852、11.254、9.635,P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组受试者半年后,疾病复发率更低,治疗有效率更高(P<0.05)。结论对于接受治疗的慢性胃溃疡患者,在此期间内开展针对性护理干预,能够取得满意效果。这种护理方法有助于改善患者内心不良情绪,提升治疗疾病的顺从性。另外也会促进患者生活质量提高,极具临床应用意义和价值,因此值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of targeted nursing in the nursing of patients with chronic gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 100 cases of chronic gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as study subjects, and were divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, including monitoring the patient’s heart rate, heart rhythm, pulse and other vital indicators.At the same time, a scientific medication plan was made for patients. On this basis, the observation group received targeted nursing intervention. The treatment efficiency and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group(98.00%), the recurrence rate within half a year(4.00%), and the nursing satisfaction(96.00%) were higher. There was statistical significance between the two groups(χ2=7.852, 11.254, 9.635, P<0.05). Compared with the control group after six months, the subjects in the observation group had lower recurrence rate and higher treatment efficiency(P<0.05). Conclusion For chronic gastric ulcer patients, targeted nursing intervention during this period can achieve satisfactory results. This kind of nursing method can help to improve the patients’ bad mood and compliance. In addition, it will also improve the quality of life, which is of great significance and value in clinical application. Therefore, it is worthy of further promotion and application.
