“满铁”在九一八事变后加紧侵略华北,是日本侵华的急先锋,不仅为侵略者提供物资支持,还积极“接收”并经营重要的煤矿产业,巩固日本政府占领的“成果”,充当日本侵略者殖民渗透和势力扩张的工具,配合日军的侵略活动;此外,“满铁”投资多家大型矿业公司,与其他垄断资本一道“开发”并掠夺华北煤矿资源。“满铁”对中国华北煤矿资源的掠夺沉重打击了华北民族资本,制约了华北煤矿业的发展,扼制了华北乃至中国经济正常发展。

The results serve as a tool for the Japanese aggressors to infiltrate and expand their forces, in line with the Japanese aggression;in addition," Manchu" invested in a number of large mining companies to " develop" and plunder the resources of North China Coal Mine along with other monopoly capital. The " full iron" plundering of China's North China coal resources has dealt a heavy blow to the national capital of North China, restricted the development of coal mining in North China, and curbed the normal economic development of North China and even China.
