摘要
综述了高油酸花生的研究进展,探讨了目前我国高油酸花生产业发展存在的问题,并对今后的工作重点提出了建议,以期为高油酸花生产业发展提供参考。
The research progress of high-oleic acid peanuts were reviewed.In order to provide reference for the development of high-oleic acid peanuts research and industry,current problems and key works of high-oleic acid peanuts in the future industry in China were also discussed.
