摘要
以玉米醇溶蛋白与β-环糊精为复合壁材,采用分子包埋法对酸浆籽油进行喷雾干燥制备微胶囊。在单因素试验的基础上,设计响应面法优化试验,探讨制备微胶囊的最佳工艺参数。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为壁材浓度比1∶18(g/mL)、包埋温度60℃、包埋时间90 min;喷雾干燥条件为进口温度170℃、进料量10 mL/min,酸浆籽油微胶囊包埋率达到88.1%。
With zein andβ-cyclodextrin as wall material,Physalis seed oil was sprayed drying by molecular embedding method to produce microcapsules.On the basis of single-factor experiments,response surface method was designed to optimize the technological parameters of microcapsules preparation.The results showed that the optimum technological condition were the concentration ratio of the wall material was 1∶18(g/mL),embedding temperature of 60℃,the embedding time was 90 min;spray drying conditions for inlet temperature 170℃,the feed rate of 10 mL/min,under these conditions,Physalis seed oil microcapsules embedding rate reached to 88.1%.
