摘要
将水分为23%、21%、19%和17%的稻谷置于模拟仓中储藏,检测其在储藏过程中霉菌菌落总数、色泽、脂肪酸值、黄粒米、丙二醛和发芽率等品质指标的变化,以期找出稻谷霉变敏感品质指标及其与稻谷霉变程度之间的关系。
The paddy with moisture content of 23%,21%,19%and 17%were stored in a simulated bin,and the changes in the total number of mold colonies,color,fatty acid value,yellow grain paddy,malondialdehyde,germination rate and other quality indexes were detected during the storage process,so as to find out the sensitive quality indexes of mildew of paddy and the relationship between them and the degree of mildew of paddy.
