现代根管治疗中应用镍钛预备与热牙胶充填技术的临床研究

Clinical study of nickel-titanium preparation and hot gutta-percha filling in modern root canal therapy

目的:探讨镍钛预备与热牙胶充填技术在根管治疗中的临床效果。方法:2011年5月-2018年5月收治尖周炎患者548例,按治疗方法分为两组各274例。观察组给予镍钛预备与热牙胶充填技术治疗,常规组给予常规根管治疗。观察两组根管的手术效果、根管填充时间及治疗效果。结果:观察组手术效果明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的根管填充时间明显小于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:镍钛预备与热牙胶充填技术有较好的效果,可以在临床中推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of nickel-titanium preparation and hot tooth filling technique in root canal therapy.Methods:548 patients with periapical periodontitis were selected,according to the treatment methods,they were divided into the two groups with 274 cases in each group.The observation group was given treated with nitinol preparation and hot tooth glue filling technique,the conventional group was given conventional root canal treatment.The surgical results,root canal filling time and treatment effect of the two groups of root canals were observed.Results:The surgical results of the observation group were better than those of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The root canal filling time of the observation group was smaller than that of the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:Nickel-titanium preparation and hot-toothed gel filling technology have better effects,and can be popularized and applied in clinic.
