两种热牙胶充填技术充填效果的比较研究

摘要 目的:比较2种热牙胶根管充填术后的充填牙胶面积百分数(PGFA)和冠方微渗漏距离,评估2种技术的充填效果。方法:选用新鲜拔除的人单根管牙20颗,随机分为两组,分别用热牙胶垂直加压法(WVC)和超声振动侧向加压法(ULC)充填根管,将其冠部浸入印度墨水中5d并制成透明牙,数码相机成像输入电脑,通过Photoshopcs图像处理软件分析记录,计算出PGFA,测量墨水渗透距离。结果:PGFA:冠方1/3处,WVC组的PGFA显著大于ULC组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);根中1/3处,WVC组和ULC组之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);根尖1/3处,WVC组的PGFA明显大于ULC组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);WVC组和ULC组的冠方渗漏距离比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:WVC充填技术充填效果更加稳定。
