疼痛护理方案对老年女性骨质疏松患者护理效果观察

Observation on nursing effect of pain nursing program on elderly female patients with osteoporosis

目的:探讨疼痛护理方案对老年女性骨质疏松患者的护理效果观察。方法:收治老年女性骨质疏松患者126例,按照随机分组的方法分为两组,均采取常规的药物治疗,对照组联合常规护理,观察组联合疼痛护理方案。观察两组护理前后的疼痛程度、生活质量、治疗效果及护理满意度。结果:观察组的疼痛程度明显低于对照组,观察组的生活质量、治疗效果及护理满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年女性骨质疏松患者的护理过程中采取疼痛护理方案可以明显降低患者的疼痛程度,提高患者的生活质量和治疗效果,同时提高了护理满意度,促进了医患关系的发展,效果理想。

Objective:To explore the nursing effect of pain nursing program on elderly women with osteoporosis.Methods:126 elderly female patients with osteoporosis were selected.They were divided into the two groups according to the method of random grouping.Patients in the two groups were treated with conventional drug therapy,the control group combined with conventional nursing on the basis of drug therapy,and the observation group combined with pain care program on the basis of drug therapy.The degree of pain,quality of life,therapeutic effect and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing were observed.Results:The degree of pain in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the quality of life and treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,at the same time,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing process of elderly female patients with osteoporosis,the adoption of pain nursing program can significantly reduce the degree of pain of patients,improve the quality of life of patients and treatment effect,at the same time improve nursing satisfaction,promote the development of doctor-patient relationship,the effect is ideal.
