摘要
随着海洋工程大型化和海底沉管隧道项目快速发展,预制厂规模逐步增大,坞门也随之加高加宽,传统干船坞全钢结构浮坞门已无法适用。特别是大型“工厂法”沉管预制厂需坞内蓄水,坞内水位高于坞外,坞门所承受的水压力比传统干船坞浮坞门增大数倍。针对大型“工厂法”沉管预制厂浮坞门的受力特点,以港珠澳大桥岛隧工程桂山沉管预制厂深坞浮坞门为例,创新性提出一种结构设置合理、浮游稳定性高、安全性好的钢筋混凝土与钢结构组合沉箱重力式浮坞门结构。现场使用结果表明,新型钢-混凝土组合箱形浮坞门结构受力合理、安全可靠,止水效果能够满足设计要求,可在类似工程中推广使用。
With the increasing scales of marine engineering and rapid development of undersea immersed tunnel projects, the sizes of precast factories have also been growing fast with higher and larger dock gates, and the traditional steel floating dock gates adopted in the dry dock projects is insufficient to meet the demands of modern engineering. Particularly, the common requirement for the large-scale precast factory projects is to store water in the dock. When the water level inside the dock is higher than outside, the water pressure on the dock gates will be several times larger than that of dock gates in traditional dry docks. Based on the stress characteristics of floating dock gates in large scale immersed tunnel precast factory methodology, a new creative design of steel-concrete combination floating gravity caisson dock gate with reasonable structure, high floating stability and safety, is proposed. This new design is supported by the effective evidence of the floating caisson dock gate of the precast factory in Guishan Island of Island & Tunnel Project of HZMB project. The field application results show that this kind of new steel-concrete combination floating caisson dock gate is reasonable in force, safe and reliable, and the waterproof effect can meet the design requirements, which can be popularized in similar engineering projects.
