摘要
文章通过澳门氹仔客运码头项目工程实例,结合项目机电安装特点,具体介绍项目策划和实施阶段机电设备安装过程中分包、团队、合约、技术、计划、配合、成品保护等施工管理的要点和经验。对于大型机电一体化综合性项目,机电管理团队的组织和引领十分重要,团队应把握合约内容和技术要求,清楚施工界面,掌握机电各系统功能和联系,整体把控机电安装的进度和质量,合理利用技术和商务手段及BIM等先进技术辅助施工。
By analyzing the Macao New Taipa Ferry Terminal project as an engineering example, combining with the characteristics of electromechanical installation of the project, the experience and key points of the construction management about project planning and implementation phase are briefly introduced, which includes subcontractors, team, contract, technology, planning, coordination, finished product protection, and etc. For large-integrated electromechanical installation project, the organization and guide of the electromechanical management team are very important. The team should grasp contract contents and technical requirements, and know the construction interface, the function and relation of electromechanical systems. The progress and quality of the electromechanical installation should be under control. The business and technical means, and the advanced technical means like BIM, should be utilized rationally.
