Problems and Recommendations on the Textbooks of Elementary Education in China

做好教材使用工作是新课程改革的本质要求,是落实国家课程规划的关键环节,也是提升教师专业发展水平的重要途径。当前教师在教材使用中存在忽视教材与课程各要素之间的联系;恪守教材,照本宣科;脱离教材,随意拓展等问题。提升教材使用质量的有效策略是:教师要树立统一性和多样性相结合的教材观,在准确把握编写意图基础上增强使用教材的创造性,通过多种途径不断提升对教材二次开发的能力。

The use of textbooks is an essential requirement of the new curriculum reform, which is a key section to implement the national curriculum plan and an important way to improve the professional development of teachers. There are some problems in current textbook use such as separating the relationship between textbooks and curriculum elements, completely loyal to the textbooks and completely out of the textbooks. Aiming at the problems in textbooks, primary and secondary school teachers should adopt some effective skills to dialectically deal with the relationship between unity and diversity of the textbooks, use them creatively to improve the ability of textbook development.
