基于多区域相位突变量信息的主动配电网故障定位方案研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对分布式电源接入主动配电网后,传统电流保护可能出现误动或者拒动的情况,提出一种基于多区域相位突变量信息的主动配电网故障定位方案。文章首先介绍了在DG接入主动配电网时的故障定位方案,该方案根据母线上各线路电流的相位突变量信息识别出故障线路;然后利用该线路各区域线段两端的正序电流与负荷电流的相位突变量信息关系对故障线段进行区域定位;最后在PSCAD仿真软件中对方案进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明,该方案受DG接入位置、容量的影响较小,可有效解决传统电流保护拒动或者误动的情况,有效地提高了主动配电网的安全稳定性。 Traditional current protection may malfunction or refuse to operate when distributed generation was connected to active distribution network. This paper presented a fault location scheme for active distribution network based on multi-area phase mutation information. Firstly, the fault location scheme when DG was connected to active distribution network was introduced. Firstly, the fault line was identified according to the phase mutation information of faults current of each line on the bus, and then the two ends of each section of the line were used. The information relationship between positive sequence current and phase sudden change of load current was used to locate the fault line region. Finally, the scheme was simulated and verified in PSCAD simulation software. The simulation results show that the scheme is less affected by DG access location and capacity, can effectively solve the traditional current protection rejection or maloperation, and effectively improve the security and stability of active distribution network.
