摘要
采用水热晶化法制备了SBR-15分子筛,探讨了不同金属作为催化剂和助剂时的催化剂活性。结果表明,1.5%Mn2O3-5%Fe2O3-SBR-15分子筛催化剂的催化活性最优,在常压、反应温度90℃的条件下,甲苯的转化率为13.98%,苯甲醛的选择性为48.32%。BET的表征结果表明,添加少量的Mn2O3(<1.0%),能较小程度地增加Fe2O3-SBR-15分子筛催化剂的比表面积。催化剂的热稳定性结果表明,72h内,催化剂对苯甲醛的选择性一直保持在40%以上,甲苯的转化率随反应时间的增加逐渐下降直至失活。
SBR-15 mesoporous molecular sieves were synthesized by hydrothermal crystallization, and the catalyst activities of different metals as catalysts and auxiliaries were investigated. The results indicated that the best catalytic activity was 1.5% Mn2O3- 5% Fe2O3-SBR-15, at normal pressure and 90 ℃, the conversion rate of toluene was 13.98%, and the selectivity of benzaldehyde was 48.32%. BET results showed that a small amount of Mn2O3 (<1.0%) could increase the specific surface area of Fe2O3-SBR-15 molecular sieve catalyst. The thermal stability results of the catalyst showed that the selectivity of the catalyst for benzaldehyde remained above 40% within 72h, and the conversion rate of toluene gradually decreased with the increase of reaction time until deactivation.
