摘要
本文用溶胶-凝胶法(Sol-gel)制备酚醛树脂修饰的纳米Fe3O4微球,并经高温炭化得到碳包覆的四氧化三铁,从而得到磁性复合纳米材料。将自制的磁性Fe3O4颗粒加入到间苯二酚、甲醛、醇水等形成的聚合物溶液中,经过水解、聚合形成溶胶,在搅拌的条件下,使酚醛树脂包覆到磁性Fe3O4颗粒表面,经磁倾析、干燥、烧结,得到磁性微球碳。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电镜(TEM)、热重分析(TG)等测试表征方法,对复合材料的结构和性能加以研究。
In this paper, Fe3O4 nanoparticles which were modified with phenolic resin microspheres and magnetic composite materials were obtained. The self-made magnetic Fe3O4 particles were added into the polymer solution formed by resorcinol, formaldehyde, alcohol and water. The sol was formed by hydrolysis and polymerization. Under stirring conditions, the phenolic resin was coated on the surface of magnetic Fe3O4 particles. The magnetic microsphere carbon was obtained by magnetic precipitation, drying and sintering. The structures and properties of the composite material system were characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and thermal gravimetric analysis (TG).
