摘要
达托霉素是世界上公认的万古霉素等现用抗生素的最佳替代品,其生产工艺尤其是提炼工艺较复杂,含有多步层析工艺,缺点是处理量小、溶媒量大、生产危险性高,急需进行工艺改进。本文研究开发了达托霉素中间体的结晶工艺,以替代目前使用的层析工艺,优势在于生产成本低,溶媒量小,处理量大,操作安全便捷,适合产业化应用。
Datomycin was one of the important products in antibiotic market. The traditional manufacturing process especially the refining process for preparation of dactomycin was fairly complex and it was urgent demand to find a better way to increase the volumetric capacity, reduce the amount of solvent and reduce operational risks. Thus we developed a crystallization method as an alternative to the current gel chromatography process. The new method was quite simple and suitable for industrialized production due to its low production cost, low amount of solvent, high performance and also very safe to operate.
